The author can conclude that the inventory function at Bigland Hotel Bogor is already running well. This is evidenced by the policy of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) which is clearly documented, as evidenced by the existence of internal control systems in the company. The policy has been almost adhered to by every staff. However, there are still weaknesses that may result in losses for the company. 摘要

本研究的目的是:1)确定公司是否有与其库存功能相关的政策程序。2)评估库存职能的活动是否已经按照既定的政策程序运行。本研究的研究方法为定性研究方法,采用的研究方法为描述性定性与案例研究的类型。本研究的数据来源为一手数据和二手数据。数据收集技术在获得所需的研究人员的数据是访谈,观察和文件。研究结果发现,存在以下弱点:1)货物储存不足;2)垃圾箱卡上的记录需要重新记录;3)用户部门在仓库中请求货物时出现错误,甚至是疏忽。笔者可以得出结论,茂物大陆酒店的库存功能已经运行良好。标准操作程序(SOP)的政策证明了这一点,该政策被清楚地记录下来,公司内部控制系统的存在也证明了这一点。这项政策几乎得到了全体员工的遵守。然而,仍然存在可能导致公司亏损的弱点。为了公司更好的运营,作者提出了如下建议:跟进仓库面积的扩大,尽量减少仓库内货物的损失;进行入库申请(SR)程序的相关培训;跟进库存卡(bin card)上的再入计划。
