ANALISIS CURHAT KORBAN KEJAHATAN ASUSILA MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN SEMANTIK: KAJIAN LINGUISTIK FORENSIK

Info Artikel : Abstract This study aims to (1) describe the meaning of the complaints of victims of immoral crimes through the study of the theory of Abdul Chaer 1994; (2) explains the forensic linguistic study on the complaints of victims of immoral crimes related to the Criminal Code Article 284, Article 285, Article 287, Article 294. This study uses a semantic meaning approach according to Abdul Chaer 1994. This study examines the scope of forensic linguistics. The method applied in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. The data of this research is in the form of texts from victims of immoral crimes in the social media Twitter account @daffa_fais. The source of data in this research is from social media @daffa_fais. The data collection technique in this study used the free-of-talk-free listening (SBLC) method. This study uses data analysis techniques proposed by Burhan Bungin (2003) in the form of data collection, data reduction, data display, and affirmation of conclusions. The results of the research have found (1) types of meaning in the form of 4 lexical meanings, 3 grammatical meanings, 2 contextual meanings, and 2 non-referential meanings. (2) the relationship between the text of the complaint "raped by one's own boss" is related to Article 294 of the Criminal Code concerning Moral Crimes.
