To address this issue, this paper proposes two forms of Chatbots i.e. written and spoken. They provide user interaction and consultation regarding admission process, and other related information pertaining to an academy. This would be a quick way to acquire information without the need to traverse the entire website and is also applicable to any academic or educational websites, such as schools, colleges, universities, or any institution.
