摘要

该项目的主要目标是利用CATIA V5R25开发v8发动机活塞原型。并利用仿真工具ANSYS workbench对各部件进行了分析。对活塞进行了热载荷分析,给出了各部件的温度分布结果。最后,对各部件的静力分析和热分析结果进行了比较,选择了最适合的材料。结果表明,碳化硅铝具有较好的抗载荷性能和较低的变形率。
