自主品牌创新是现代企业生存和发展的关键要素。本文在对企业自主品牌创新进行深入研究的基础上,提出了企业自主品牌创新的四大功能。四种功能是:增强自主品牌竞争优势的主导功能;深化自主品牌发展的核心功能;完成自主品牌安全的保障功能;提升自主品牌价值的推广功能。建立了基于模糊神经网络方法的企业自主品牌创新功能效果评价模型,并选取经典案例进行实证分析。
