摘要

提出了一种持续同源性在脑电图数据中癫痫事件检测中的应用。对于点云数据,持久同调是一种来自拓扑数据分析的工具,通过利用拓扑不变量并跟踪其在多个空间尺度上的行为来描述数据采样所在底层空间的结构。作为预处理步骤,使用了一种称为动态分量分析的新方法,通过结合系统的动态信息来降低多变量时间序列的维数。结果表明,本文提出的方法能够较好地检测脑电图信号中的小癫痫发作情况。
