摘要

逆变器是电能供应转换中最常见的东西之一,在考虑周围环境和避免污染的同时,最大限度地利用发电机组的潜力是当前现代电力系统中一个非常重要的概念,是最理想的能源管理理念。本研究的主要目的是考虑哪一种逆变器更适合节能。本研究测试了两种逆变器,即高功率密度逆变器(HPDI)和多电平逆变器(MLI)。在高功率密度逆变器(HPDI)中,主要采用绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)等电子元件作为主要元件。多电平逆变器采用金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET)作为主要器件。两种逆变器均采用MATLAB Simulink软件实现和运行。此外,通过比较两种逆变器的总谐波失真(THD)、波形输出和能效得到了结果。
