摘要

对于鹌鹑养殖户来说,大量孵化鹌鹑蛋是人工孵出鹌鹑的难题。本研究介绍了鹌鹑蛋智能孵卵器的研制。基于Arduino单片机的孵化系统可以自动控制鹌鹑蛋的温度、湿度和反转。此外,物联网(IoT)系统可以帮助农民远程监控智能孵化器。在印度尼西亚Sukabumi CV Slamet鹌鹑养殖场的鹌鹑蛋孵化试验中,该鹌鹑蛋智能孵化箱的孵化效果最佳。孵化期为第17天的490枚鹌鹑蛋,正常孵化成功率为87.55%,孵化不良率为0.41%,孵化死亡率为1.84%,未孵化率为10.20%。
