PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN EXO OLO TASK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA
. The background of this research is the low quality of learning activities and learning outcomes of Class VIII.1 students in social studies at SMPN 1 Pasaman. This study aims to determine and analyze the application of the Exo Olo Task learning model to improve learning activities and student learning outcomes in the material of spatial interaction in life in Asean countries. This research method uses descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The research subjects were class VIII.1 with 31 students. The data collection was assisted by another social studies teacher as an observer/collaborator through observation activities, tests of student learning outcomes and documenting the ongoing learning process. The results showed that: 1) It was found that there was an increase in the learning activities of class VIII.1 students after applying the Exo olo learning model task in each cycle, in the first cycle the result was 66.17%, then in the second cycle 69.59% and in the third cycle the result was 75.78%. 2) It was found that there was an increase in learning outcomes for class VIII.1 students after applying the Exo Olo Task learning model in each cycle, in cycle I the learning outcomes were complete (74.19%) then in cycle II it increased to (93.54%), and the same results were obtained in the third cycle of (93.54%). So it can be concluded that the application of the Exo Olo task learning model can increase student learning activities and outcomes in the material of Spatial Interaction in Life in Asean Countries in the social studies subject.
