Rhizomes with roots of Sanguisorba officinalis were harvested in autumn 2019. When establishing the optimal parameters of the technology of obtaining tincture, the evaluation criterion was the number of the sum of polyphenols and the amount of hydroxycinnamic acids, which were determined by spectrophotometric method according to the methods of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine 2.0. Antimicrobial activity was studied by agar diffusion and serial dilutions, antioxidant – in vitro using a stable radical 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl – DPPH).\nResults. The optimal parameters for obtaining a tincture of rhizomes with roots of Sanguisorba officinalis was extraction method maceration at room temperature, raw material-finished product ratio 1:5, time 48 hours, extractant 50 % ethyl alcohol, the number of polyphenols, and the number of hydroxycinnamic acids in terms of dry raw materials not less than 4.0 % and 1.5 % respectively. The resulting tincture exhibits antimicrobial activity against microorganisms Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633 (growth retardation 26.40 ± 1.04 mm), Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 (growth retardation 24.60 ± 0.68 mm) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCС 27853 (growth retardation 23.60 ± 0.68 mm) and at a dose of 0.02 ml showed antioxidant activity at the level of 70 %.\nConclusions. 摘要

本研究的目的是通过实验确定血地黄根茎酊剂的最佳工艺条件,并考察其抗微生物和抗氧化活性。材料和方法。2019年秋季收获了带根的地榆根茎。在确定获得酊剂的最佳工艺参数时,以多酚和羟基肉桂酸的数量为评价标准,采用分光光度法测定,参照乌克兰国家药典2.0版的方法。采用琼脂扩散法和连续稀释法研究了体外抗氧化活性,并用稳定自由基2,2-二苯基-1-苦酰肼(2,2-二苯基-1-苦酰肼- DPPH)进行体外抗氧化。制备地黄根茎酊剂的最佳工艺条件为:提取方法:室温浸渍,料成品比1:5,提取时间48 h,提取剂50%乙醇,干燥原料中多酚含量不低于4.0%,羟基肉桂酸含量不低于1.5%。所得酊剂对枯草芽孢杆菌ATCC 6633(生长迟缓26.40±1.04 mm)、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 25923(生长迟缓24.60±0.68 mm)和铜绿假单胞菌ATCС 27853(生长迟缓23.60±0.68 mm)具有抑菌活性,在0.02 ml的剂量下,其抗氧化活性达到70%。测定了产血地黄根茎酊剂的工艺参数,并对其抑菌和抗氧化活性进行了研究。
