摘要

污染源定位是一个复杂的问题,因为城市供水网络包含大量的节点,也是一个计算成本很高的问题。基于代理模型的智能优化算法可以有效地解决这类问题。本研究利用大数据技术构建了多个离线神经网络模型,节省了在线构建模型所需的时间。此外,本文还提出了多种模型管理策略,并通过实验验证了其有效性。在此基础上,提出了一种基于神经网络的污染源快速定位算法。实验结果表明,该算法在保证定位精度的同时,大大减少了计算时间。
