At six months follow-up one case had no improvement and one developed urge incontinence. 摘要

目的:评价经闭孔胶带治疗压力性尿失禁对患者生活质量的改善。方法:对加德满都示范医院2018年2月至2019年12月使用经闭孔胶带治疗压力性尿失禁的横截面研究。从生活质量的改善和手术并发症方面对手术结果进行评估。结果:16例压力性尿失禁患者中,半数为绝经后患者。术中膀胱损伤、尿潴留、尿路感染各1例;14例在一周内完全改善,1例有所改善,1例没有改善。随访6个月,1例无改善,1例出现急迫性尿失禁。结论:经闭孔胶带是一种治疗压力性尿失禁的好方法,其生活质量的改善率高,并发症少。
