Peningkatan Keterampilan Santri Melalui Kegiatan Pembuatan Batik Ecoprint Hapa Zome Media Totebag

Apart from hand-drawn batik, Indonesia has a variety of contemporary batik that is very attractive and aesthetic. One of the varieties uses plants to make eco-print batik with the hapa zome technique. Using plants to make batik is still classified as new knowledge, where most students only know hand-drawn and stamped batik types. This writing aims to describe cultural arts learning activities at Islamic boarding schools, namely making eco-print batik using the hapa zome technique on tote bag media. Data were obtained from direct observation and interviews with students of SMA Unggulan Hafsawaty BPPT Genggong Probolinggo. The conclusion obtained from this activity is that students are skilled at making eco-print batik with the hapa zome technique on tote bag media, which can be seen through the diversity of types and arrangement of leaves it produces.
