It is based on the initial experience of education providers in the field of social entrepreneurship in Slovakia, as the concept of integrating social entrepreneurship into education in Slovak conditions is currently in the phase of gradual establishment.\n\n\nFindings\nOne of the biggest barriers of the development of education is insufficient awareness and overall promotion of social enterprise in Slovakia. 摘要

本文的目的是介绍斯洛伐克社会企业领域的教育现状及其支持,分享社会创业教育提供者的经验,并为支持社会企业背景下的人力资源开发提出建议。设计/方法/方法这篇论文是作为一个案例研究提出的。它基于斯洛伐克社会企业领域教育提供者的初步经验,因为在斯洛伐克条件下将社会企业精神纳入教育的概念目前正处于逐步确立的阶段。斯洛伐克教育发展的最大障碍之一是对社会企业的认识和全面推广不足。一般公众对社会企业的专题缺乏认识,也没有一个关于社会企业的一般性平台,可以提供关于正规和非正规教育可能性的资料。研究局限/启示本文的研究结果基于社会创业教育提供者的有限经验,因为将社会创业融入斯洛伐克条件下的教育的系统概念目前正处于逐步建立阶段。原创性/价值据作者所知,这是第一项研究,它从被研究组织的经验、他们的观点和看法的角度,概述了社会企业领域教育的现状。
