The result shows that segmentation of spinal X-ray images of scoliotic patients using active contour method interactively, can give better results. 摘要

目前,针对脊柱侧凸患者的x线图像,已经发展出多种图像分析方法。然而,脊柱弯曲的分割仍然是一个挑战,需要改进。在这项研究中,我们提出了一种半自动脊柱图像分割脊柱侧凸患者从x射线图像。该方法分为预处理和分割两个步骤。图像预处理采用了RGB到灰度的转换过程和CLAHE (Contrast Limited充足直方图均衡化)方法。分割过程采用活动轮廓法。结果表明,采用活动轮廓法对脊柱侧凸患者的x线图像进行交互式分割,能获得较好的分割效果。ME和RAE平均值分别为12.98%和26.75%。用交互区域分割法分别得到21.17%和89.27%。关键词:活动轮廓,交互式分割,预处理,脊柱侧凸。
