The average of DIR was increased from 20.40 cm to 25.76 cm, increased by 26.27% and the standard deviation was reduced from 1.80 to 1.48, and then the Cpk index was increased from 0.48 to 1.79 it means the process is in control and capable. Research Limitation/implication: This research was limited only on the two-piece can aluminum cans manufacturing process, no for three-piece cans manufacturing. SPC through PDCA cycle is an interesting method for continuous improvement of process capability in the cans manufacturing industry. Originality/Value of paper: This study highlights the area of future research SPC through the PDCA cycle to analyze and optimize process capability. 摘要

目的:本研究的目的首先是分析抗跌落冲击性能(DIR)的工艺能力指数(Cpk)不符合规范或小于1.33的原因,其次是找出需要改进的地方使其符合规范。方法/方法:使用的方法是通过PDCA循环的统计过程控制(SPC),支持因果图(CED),标称组技术(NGT)和“为什么,什么,在哪里,何时和如何(5W1H)”方法。研究结果:通过以上方法,研究结果对公司产生了积极的影响。DIR均值由20.40 cm提高到25.76 cm,提高了26.27%,标准差由1.80降低到1.48,Cpk指数由0.48提高到1.79,说明工艺处于可控状态。研究局限/启示:本研究仅限于两片式铝罐的制造工艺,没有针对三片式铝罐的制造工艺。通过PDCA循环的SPC是罐头制造业过程能力持续改进的一种有趣的方法。论文的独创性/价值:本研究突出了未来研究SPC通过PDCA循环来分析和优化过程能力的领域。因此,本研究被认为是促进和采用高价值的方法,以支持产业实现全球竞争优势。
