The results validated by Monte Carlo simulations decipher the trade-offs in terms of spectral and power efficiencies in between all-diversity, hybrid diversity-beamforming and all-beamforming reception for different scenarios represented by average signal-tonoise ratio per path and desired signal-to-interference ratio for using these multiple-antenna reception techniques in interference-limited wireless communication systems.
