摘要

在物料搬运过程中,自动导引车(agv)存在路径冲突问题。针对这一问题,提出了基于总行驶距离和等待时间的多目标调度模型,并利用a *路径规划算法搜索AGV的最短路径。通过速度控制策略,我们可以检测到重叠路径和冲突时间。此外,我们采用了高效的MapReduce框架来提高速度控制策略的执行效率。最后,以智能电连接器车间物料搬运系统为例,验证了该调度模型和速度控制策略结合MapReduce框架的可行性和有效性,降低了AGV路径冲突概率。物料搬运系统可以在车间中应用,代替人工搬运,提高生产效率。
