摘要

本文对紫外分光光度法中的q -吸收比法进行了综述。吸收比法用于测定两个选定波长处的吸收比,其中一个波长为等吸收点,另一个波长为两组分之一的λ最大值。本文简要介绍了用q -吸收比法对复方剂型进行测定的各种方法。给出联合剂型的波长选择、线性研究和溶剂选择。本文还对吸q比法的实际应用和工业应用作了简要介绍。
