Multislice computed tomography (CT) imaging revealed an ill-de fi ned hyperdense space-occupying lesion with internal calci fi cation. The tumor was located in the region of pineal gland with extension into the adjacent lateral ventricle and resultant mild obstructive hydrocephalus.
