Clinical work experience is not mandatory in all institutions; In central China and east China, 95.83% (23/24) and 91.67% (22/24) of the colleges and universities admitted students set their major directions respectively. \n \n \nConclusion \nChina′s part-time nursing postgraduate education is still in its initial stage, and the professional orientation of enrollment is varied but general, so it should be standardized to strengthen the direction of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing. 摘要

目的探讨非全日制护理硕士的专业定位,为中国非全日制护理硕士教育的培养与发展提供参考。方法检索2019年具有录取资格的高校信息,对34所招收非全日制护理硕士研究生的高校的录取条件和专业方向设置进行调查。结果24所高校设置了明确的专业方向,以专科护理为主,占62.50% (15/24);并非所有机构都要求有临床工作经验;在华中和华东地区,分别有95.83%(23/24)和91.67%(22/24)的高校录取学生选择了专业方向。结论我国在职护理研究生教育尚处于起步阶段,招生专业定位多样而笼统,应规范招生,加强中医护理方向。地区间教育发展不均衡,高校之间的学术交流与合作有待加强。关键词:护理教育;专业学位研究生;兼职研究生;专业方向;专业护理
