First, the types of technological tools used in education are introduced and then their relative importance, availability and use in schools in Jerusalem are examined. Next, a descriptive analytical approach is used to explore the importance of employing technological tools in the educational process from both the teachers’ and the students’ perspectives. From this analysis, it is concluded that the use of technological tools plays an important role in the success of the educational process and that their use is reflected positively in a raising of the competence level of teachers. In addition, the use of technological tools improves the educational activities of the students, and their use achieves many of the desired educational goals due to their features and characteristics.
