The acceleration sensor is used to obtain the vibration signal of the GIS shell, and the characteristics of the vibration signal waveform are extracted through the FFT algorithm and the VMD algorithm. 摘要

机械故障是GIS设备的主要故障之一。传统的基于人工听觉和触觉的检测方法,严重依赖个人经验,可靠性低。故障只有在振动强度较大时才能被发现,这给电网带来了很大的安全隐患。在分析GIS设备振动机理的基础上,研制了一种便携式GIS设备异常振动缺陷检测装置,能够及时发现GIS设备潜在的机械缺陷,有效指导维修工作,确保GIS设备的安全稳定。利用加速度传感器获取GIS壳体的振动信号,并通过FFT算法和VMD算法提取振动信号波形特征。现场试验结果表明,该装置能准确定位GIS设备的异常振动,区分缺陷类型。
