This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were collected through survey and interview by using purposive sampling. The data is analyzed using qualitative data analysis technique. Character education is important in shapping students into individuals who have noble character and good manner. Schools as formal educational institutions are responsible for instilling the values of character education toward their students. Teachers must be the best role models for students in strengthening character education in schools. The parents’ role also determines the success of character education at home. 摘要
本研究的目的是描述在学校和家庭中,通过教师和家长的角色榜样来加强品格教育。本研究采用描述性定性方法。数据收集采用调查和访谈的方式,采用有目的抽样。采用定性数据分析技术对数据进行分析。品格教育对于把学生塑造成具有高尚品格和良好举止的人是很重要的。学校作为正规的教育机构,有责任向学生灌输品格教育的价值观。在学校加强品格教育中,教师必须成为学生的最佳榜样。父母的角色也决定了家庭品格教育的成功与否。根据MI Ma'arif NU Karanggedang 2 Purbalingga的研究结果,教师和家长所体现的品格教育价值观是宗教品格,诚实,宽容,纪律,社会关怀,创造性,独立,关心环境,热爱阅读,热爱和平,友好/沟通,欣赏成就,热爱祖国,民主和责任。
