Firstly, iconstruct a cognitive load measurement index system in interface design composing of three first-level indicators and twelve second-level indicators, among which the second-level indicators are subdivided. Secondly, it clarifies the methods for setting the weight of indicators at all levels, which is ordered relation method, data acquisition and data analysis. Thirdly, the feasibility of the measurement system is verified by measuring the cognitive load of two similar Apps. The results showed that the cognitive load level of Interface B was lower. 摘要

本文以认知负荷理论为基础,结合界面设计的发展趋势,采用文献研究法和实验法,从认知负荷的角度进行研究。首先,构建了一个由3个一级指标和12个二级指标组成的界面设计认知负荷测量指标体系,其中二级指标进行细分。其次,明确了各级指标权重的确定方法,即有序关系法、数据采集法和数据分析法。第三,通过测量两个同类应用的认知负荷来验证测量系统的可行性。结果表明,界面B的认知负荷水平较低。本文进一步完善了界面设计中的认知负荷测量理论,为今后的界面创新设计实践和设计评价提供指导和依据。
