Firstly, iconstruct a cognitive load measurement index system in interface design composing of three first-level indicators and twelve second-level indicators, among which the second-level indicators are subdivided. Secondly, it clarifies the methods for setting the weight of indicators at all levels, which is ordered relation method, data acquisition and data analysis. Thirdly, the feasibility of the measurement system is verified by measuring the cognitive load of two similar Apps. The results showed that the cognitive load level of Interface B was lower.
