The research was conducted using comparative legal, historical methods, methods of analysis and synthesis.\nResults. Attention is paid to the problems of legislation related to the lack of a special approach to the regulation of disciplinary responsibility in pharmaceutical activity. It is noted that at the moment, a regime of general disciplinary responsibility has been established for pharmaceutical workers. Citing examples of the regulation of disciplinary responsibility in the pharmaceutical activity of developed countries, it is indicated that the modern national legislative approach does not correspond to the international practice of building a public health care system.\nConclusions. 摘要

通过对规范内容的分析以及乌克兰宪法法院对规范的解释,得出了乌克兰劳动立法不符合乌克兰宪法要求的结论,并强调了相关规范与《基本法》协调的必要性。这项工作的目的是分析现代问题的术语方面的纪律责任在制药活动根据现行立法。材料和方法。本文采用比较法、历史法、分析综合等方法进行研究。还注意了与缺乏一种特殊办法来管理制药活动中的纪律责任有关的立法问题。值得注意的是,目前已经为制药工作人员建立了一般纪律责任制度。以发达国家医药行业纪律责任规制为例,指出现代国家立法方式与构建公共卫生保健体系的国际实践并不相适应。建立一个药品工作人员特别纪律责任制度是有根据的,其中应包括设立一个特别机构,该机构将被授权审议纪律程序并就是否施加纪律制裁作出决定,一项审议纪律程序的特别程序,一份扩大的纪律制裁种类清单。
