One of the important dimensions is to handle banking affairs through the internet. The recent studies show that banking through electronic channels have gained much popularity in recent years. This financial system delivers faster services to a wide range of customers in their hands. In this current business environment customer using the banking service products need a better choice where there is always a human touch in the customer services. The capability of the banking staff can be expected to directly affect the customer’s satisfaction. The preference and need of the customers can be tailor – made with better technologies in payment systems. This study empirically investigates E-commerce adoption of youngsters. This research purpose model is based on the TAM framework to understand E-commerce adoption along with the factors affecting the adoption. The study supports the implementation of strategies that encourage usage and adoption of E-Commerce services.
