摘要

针对包含N台的复杂机械设备,提出了以维护成本率最小为目标的预防性维修周期策略的最优模型,该模型同时受可用性和可靠性的约束。最优变量为预防性维修周期。利用龄减因子的概念,建立了不完全预防性维修前后故障率的递归关系。最后,采用免疫粒子群算法对模型进行求解;算例结果表明,该模型是有效的,在相同约束条件下,成本率比单零件维修策略降低了10.2%。
