Simultaneously the Human resource information system, Competence and Work discipline affect the performance of ASN with an Fcount of 63,522 Ftable of 2.76. 摘要

本研究旨在(1)确定人力资源信息系统、胜任力和工作纪律对ASN绩效的部分影响(2)确定人力资源信息系统、胜任力和工作纪律同时对ASN绩效的影响(3)找出ASN人力资源信息系统、胜任力和绩效的哪一个变量。本文采用的研究方法是定量方法。多元线性回归分析的研究结果为Y = 6.787 + 0.754X1 - 0.243X2 + 0.359 X3 + e。部分人力资源信息系统具有显著的正向作用,其tcount值为7,915 table = 2.001,能力具有不显著的正向作用,其tcount值为-1,636 table = 2.001,工作纪律具有显著的正向作用,其tcount值为2,103 table = 2.001。同时,人力资源信息系统、胜任能力和工作纪律影响ASN的绩效,Fcount为63522,Ftable为2.76。本研究的主导变量为人力资源信息系统,其值为7,915。
