This has consequently provided a right track on reliance over modern forms of green communication technologies that support distinct departments and individual employees remain connected. Sustainable restructuring practices can often lead to greater efficiency. Organisations are following environment green policies in hiring, training and analysis of performance using mobile apps, SMAC tools and with social networking communication platforms. The basic purpose of the research is to examine the employee's perception on green recruitment, green training and green performance management practices. The study was conducted in four major IT hubs in Tamil nadu as Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy and the perception was analysed using Structural Equation Model (SEM).
