Training was given for farmers, Development Agents and experts on production of improved teff technologies from site selection up to postharvest practices of improved teff variety. Quantitative data such as yield data was collected and analysed using SPSS, whereas farmers feedback were analysed qualitatively. Recommended seed and fertilizer rate were used for the demonstration trial establishment. According to the result of Dagim variety, mean grain yield 18.79 qt/he and 25.51 qt/he were recorded in Ambo and dendi districts respectively. Thus, Dagim variety is recommended for further scaling up activities at Ambo and Dendi districts taking into consideration of its productivity.
