An IoT technology stack provides seamless connectivity between various physical and virtual objects. The increasing number of IoT applications leads to the issue of transmitting, storing, and processing a large amount of data. Therefore, it is necessary to enable a system capable to handle the growing traffic requirements with the required level of QoS (Quality of Service). IoT devices become more complex due to the various components such as sensors and network interfaces. The IoT environment is often demanding for mobile power source, QoS, mobility, reliability, security, and other requirements. Therefore, new IoT technologies are required to overcome some of these issues. In recent years new wireless communication technologies are being developed to support the development of new IoT applications. 物联网(Internet of Things, IoT)是基于识别、感知、联网和计算等多个过程的互联网络范式。物联网技术堆栈提供各种物理和虚拟对象之间的无缝连接。越来越多的物联网应用导致了传输、存储和处理大量数据的问题。因此,有必要使系统能够以所需的QoS(服务质量)级别处理不断增长的流量需求。由于传感器和网络接口等各种组件,物联网设备变得更加复杂。物联网环境往往对移动电源、QoS、移动性、可靠性、安全性等方面有很高的要求。因此,需要新的物联网技术来克服其中的一些问题。近年来,新的无线通信技术正在开发,以支持新的物联网应用的发展。本文概述了用于物联网应用的一些最广泛使用的无线通信技术。
