This research was done in two Vocational High School which had done industrial apprenticeship for teacher expertise competence in computer and network, they were SMK N 1 Binangun and SMK N 1 Cilacap. The method used in research were descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research data obtained by obtaining some facts from direct interviewee. The research subjects were taken using random techniques based on area (Cluster Random Sampling), data collection validation technique using triangulation research evidence. Data analysis using interactive method by Miles Huberman that begun with data collection, reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that the planning of internship work for productive TKJ teachers needed to be made technical instructions for internship activities, the implementation of the internship showed that the competence, implementation of K3, practical equipment in schools were not in accordance with industry standards, evaluation of apprenticeship activities included adding apprenticeship quota, upgrading teacher competence, synchronization equipment, industry standard curriculum. 摘要
研究的目的是;分析南京市中职计算机网络工程生产性教师产业学徒制的规划情况,阐述南京市中职计算机网络工程教师学徒制处理中存在的问题,并对南京市中职计算机网络工程教师产业学徒制进行评价。本研究以两所已实施工业学徒制的中职中学为研究对象,分别为宾君中学和慈乐中学。在研究中使用的方法是描述性和定性的方法。研究数据是通过从直接受访者那里获得一些事实而获得的。研究对象采用基于区域的随机抽样技术(Cluster random Sampling),数据采集采用三角法验证研究证据技术。Miles Huberman使用交互式方法进行数据分析,从数据收集、简化、数据呈现和数据验证开始。结果表明:生产性TKJ教师实习工作的规划需要对实习活动进行技术指导;实习活动的实施显示学校的能力、实施K3、实用设备不符合行业标准;对学徒活动的评价包括增加学徒配额、提升教师能力、同步设备、行业标准课程。希望今后的教师实习研究能够确定实习的时间、能力,以及实习设备的标准与业界接轨。
