To compile this thesis the author uses secondary data in the form of Operational Performance data in 2018. The data obtained is then processed by the author using the Quantitative Method and using T test formula. 最后的作业研究活动是在PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Tanjung Priok分公司的实地考察活动期间进行的。本研究旨在确定货物服务对船舶服务的影响程度，以及雅加达国立大学D3运输研究项目的毕业要求。为了编写本文，作者使用了2018年运营绩效数据形式的二手数据。然后，作者使用定量方法和T检验公式对获得的数据进行处理。得到的数据输出结果发现，经T检验，液体体积变量(X)与有效时间变量(Y)呈正相关且不显著
