The blending method highly influenced the dispersion and size of dispersed domain where the injection molding method was successfully reduced the size of dispersed domain from 10 μm by extrusion further down to 1 μm in average diameter. The batch pressure quenched foaming of the ternary blend prepared by extrusion and injection molding with supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) was conducted in the temperature range of 130 to 160°C to observe the controllability of bubble location and size in two different ternary blend systems. 摘要

研究了共混方式对聚丙烯(PP)/聚苯乙烯(PS)/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)三元共混物形态及细胞结构的影响。共混方式对分散域的分散性和尺寸有较大影响,注射成型方法通过挤压使分散域的平均直径从10 μm进一步减小到1 μm。以超临界二氧化碳(CO2)为原料,在130 ~ 160℃的温度范围内,对挤压和注射法制备的三元共混物进行间歇压力淬火发泡,观察两种不同三元共混体系中气泡位置和大小的可控性。实验结果表明,除界面张力、发泡温度和粘弹性外,制样方法是控制三元共混泡沫胞结构的重要因素之一。
