Sources of information in this study include the training organizers,  Widyaiswara  (civil servants assigned as instructors), and the participants of the training. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive. 摘要

本研究旨在评估巨港市宗教教育培训中心伊斯兰教育教师培训的实施情况。本研究采用伊斯兰教育教师培训模式进行评估研究,该模式由情境、输入、过程和产品四个方面组成。本研究的资料来源包括培训组织者、Widyaiswara(指派为教员的公务员)和培训的参与者。数据收集采用问卷调查、观察和文献。本研究使用的数据分析技术是定量描述性的。研究结果表明,伊斯兰教育教师培训计划的实施是非常成功的,从背景、投入、过程和产品方面的成功指标可以看出。

Evaluation of Islam education teachers training implementation
