However, there are still people who refuse to be vaccinated. The movement to reject the vaccine has been going on for a long time both at home and abroad. This literature study aims to determine the rejection of vaccines that occur in developing and developed countries. This article was written using a literature study of Google Schoolar and Pubmed database searches from 2016-2020 with database keyword syntax and obtained 28 findings according to the topic. The results of the literature study show that the cause of refusal in developing countries refers to religious beliefs that prohibit the use of vaccines, while in developed countries it is caused by public distrust of government agencies, health authorities, and the pharmaceutical industry which are believed to take advantage of the vaccine program and myths that develop regarding the effects of vaccines. next to vaccinations that cause autism.
