Photodynamic therapy was used for treatment.Results and discussion. In patients with chronic gingivitis, unsatisfactory condition of their oral cavity was clinically revealed before treatment — decrease of the functional indices of microcirculation and saturation together with the increase of the clinical indices. After treatment, clinical recovery and improvement of clinical and functional indicators were noted.Conclusion. 摘要

材料和方法。该试验包括20名患者。主要组为10例慢性牙龈炎患者，对照组为10例临床健康的牙周炎患者。为了诊断目的，我们使用了调查、检查、临床和功能研究，包括激光多普勒血流仪和光学组织血氧仪。采用光动力疗法治疗。结果和讨论。慢性牙龈炎患者治疗前口腔微循环和饱和功能指标下降，临床指标升高，临床表现不理想。治疗后临床恢复，临床及功能指标均有改善。目前的试验显示，与治疗前的基线结果相比，治疗后临床和功能参数有统计学上的显著改善。
