The aim is to determine the catalyst concentration used to produce methyl esters with the highest rendement and determine the composition of fatty acid methyl ester in avocado seeds. This study was used variations in concentrations of 0.25%, 1%, 1.75%, 2.25%, and 3%. 摘要

研究了以牛油果种子为原料,用丁香酚为催化剂制备甲酯的工艺。目的是确定催化剂的浓度,以产生最高的甲基酯和确定脂肪酸甲酯在鳄梨种子的组成。本研究采用0.25%、1%、1.75%、2.25%和3%的浓度变化。通过对牛油果种子中木质素酸甲酯和十八烯酸甲酯含量为24.8%的结果进行计算,得出最佳浓度为2.25%。关键词:鳄梨种子;脂肪酸甲酯
