Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cantor Pusat Surabaya. This survey is a quantitative approach to 30 employees. The analysis of statistical analysis of this study using PLS (Partial Least Square) with PLS 3.0. The Likert Scale is used as a measurement scale. The results of the survey show that creativity has not significant impact on employees innovation. 摘要
摘要本研究的目的是确定和分析PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cantor Pusat Surabaya的创新员工的创造力、知识和动机的影响。这项调查是对30名员工的定量调查。采用偏最小二乘法对本研究进行统计分析。李克特量表是一种测量量表。调查结果显示,创造力对员工创新没有显著影响。此外,知识对员工创新的影响不显著,动机对员工创新的影响显著且正向,动机对创造力的影响显著且正向,知识对创造力的影响显著且正向。
