Rule of image taking, definition of overlapped image pairs, feature point detection and projective matrix computation were discussed. Image mosaic of large-scale workpiece with high precision was realized. 摘要

目前,大型工件在制造过程中需要在三坐标测量机上进行测量,导致效率低,质量控制困难。提出了一种用于大型工件的机器视觉测量的图像拼接方法。该摄像机安装在数控铣床上,通过控制工作台的移动来获取多图像。讨论了图像采集规则、重叠图像对的定义、特征点检测和投影矩阵的计算。实现了大型工件的高精度图像拼接。尺寸测量结果证明了该方法的有效性和高效性。
