摘要

基于表面扩散理论、界面反应理论、表面纳米微效应理论和相变理论,研究了氧化铁颗粒团聚脱流化机理和流化特性。建立了基于力平衡和塑性-粘性流动机理的高温脱流数学模型,得到了流化相图。在此基础上,提出了一种脱流化控制方法及其抑制机理。建立了气固流化过程中的团聚/脱流理论体系,为解决工业流化床反应器中的脱流问题提供了理论支持和技术基础。
