摘要

目的:观察血脂康对血脂、血液流变学、P65及组织因子表达的影响,探讨血脂康抗动脉粥样硬化作用及相关机制。方法:32只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、血脂康治疗组、洛伐他汀治疗组和动脉粥样硬化模型组(每组8只)。测定各组血脂、血液流变学、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(t-AOc)、主动脉组织因子(tF)、P65的表达。结果:(1)血脂康与洛伐他汀均能降低血脂水平,但两组间差异无统计学意义;(2)血脂康和洛伐他汀均能改善动脉粥样硬化大鼠血液流变学,但两组间差异不显著;(3)血脂康与洛伐他汀比较,可抑制动脉粥样硬化大鼠主动脉TF、P65的表达;(4)与洛伐他汀组相比,血脂康组MDA水平降低,T-AOC升高。结论:血脂康能改善动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂水平和血液流变学。与洛伐他汀相比,血脂康具有更强的抑制氧化应激、下调组织因子和P65表达的作用。
