摘要

-爱知县某金鱼养殖场在7月前后观察到日本黑木耳钉螺中平纹斜吸虫尾蚴检出率有明显高峰。观察了敌百虫和吡喹酮对人工感染的金鱼的防治效果。在与受感染的蜗牛同居的金鱼感染的早期阶段,两者都有效。敌百虫300 mg/t浴液治疗13 d有效,吡喹酮138 mg/kg体重口服3 d有效。在7月前后施用敌百虫或吡喹酮,可减少观赏鱼养殖场中扁平梭菌的感染,而不会因药物处理引起的虫蛀而对鱼类造成严重损害。
