摘要

目的分析大同地区结核分枝杆菌的耐药情况及基因型。方法收集2018年1月至2019年1月在大同市第四人民医院分离的120株结核分枝杆菌。采用比例法进行药敏试验。采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和间隔寡核苷酸分型(spoligotyping)对120株结核分枝杆菌进行基因型分析。结果120株结核分枝杆菌中,异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇、链霉素敏感78株,耐药42株,耐药率为35.00%;北京基因型83株(69.17%),非北京基因型37株(30.83%)。性别、年龄、患肺、结核治疗史、菌株来源、基因分型对结核菌株耐药和基因分型均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论北京基因型结核分枝杆菌是大同地区主要流行菌株,大同地区结核分枝杆菌耐药与基因型无显著相关性。关键词:结核分枝杆菌;耐药;基因型;分析
