Application study on the least square deconvolution in GPR signal processing
Having the advantages such as non-destructivity and high precision, the ground penetrating radar (GPR) has been widely used in the quality control of highway engineering. But the post processing of the GPR signal still needs to be further studied. In this paper, the author applies the least square deconvolution to ground penetrating radar signal post-processing, presents its relevant theory and method, and gives specific implementation steps of the whole process. The actual testing effect of a highway pavement indicates that the corresponding anomalies in the radar image is in position, the boundaries and dividing lines become very clear, and the effect is obviously improved. The method provides an easier way to define the highway pavement thickness of each layer accurately.
