A generalised fuzzy index-maximising model is proposed to obtain an optimal road safety index, in which the optimal index is obtained as the maximum value of sum of weighted desirable–undesirable factors. In addition, the problem of ranking of the roads is investigated with regard to the optimal composite index. In order to rank the roads, a new index is suggested that discriminates the efficient roads. 摘要

道路安全问题是一个重要问题,在许多国家一直被视为评估增长和发展的主要基准之一。道路安全指数的计算受多种因素的影响。过去,在计算道路安全指数时,所有影响道路安全的因素都被认为是理想的指标。本文将道路安全因素分为两类:可取指标和不可取指标。此外,实际道路安全指数影响因素的观测值有时是不确定的。本研究采用模糊数据包络分析法对道路安全指标进行计算和评价。提出了一种广义模糊指标最大化模型,将最优指标取为期望因子与不期望因子加权总和的最大值,从而得到最优道路安全指标。此外,根据最优综合指标对道路排序问题进行了研究。为了对道路进行排序,提出了一种新的区分有效道路的指标。最后,以伊朗东Azarbaijan省为例,应用该方法对道路安全问题进行了评价。
