MCPA offers flexible tools and services for seamless adaptive multi-cloud management of complex application modules over the heterogeneous PaaS cloud. In this research study, the authors have outlined motivation and objectives of the MCPA projects. MCPA positioned with respect to related cloud initiatives and its initial design and infrastructure has also been discussed.
