This research develop a research-based learning method based on STEM approach to improve students' metacognition skills in  utilizing cascara fermentation with a magnetic field to produce health herbal teas. This research and development was employed the ADDIE research and development model that consisted of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis phase, interviews and observations were carried out based on the guidelines to identify the problems. The design of the product was then determined to be developed in the development stage, followed by the expert validation in the assessment stage to measure content validity and face validity. The implementation and evaluation stages produce the final product that was tried out to gain data of students’metacognition skills.  The product developed in this research is regarded valid, effective and practical. 摘要

STEM方法是一种结合创新研究和学习的研究型学习方法。本研究开发了一种基于STEM方法的研究性学习方法,以提高学生利用卡斯卡拉磁场发酵生产保健凉茶的元认知技能。本次研发采用ADDIE研发模型,该模型分为分析、设计、开发、实施、评估五个阶段。在分析阶段,根据准则进行了访谈和观察,以确定问题。然后在开发阶段确定产品的设计,然后在评估阶段进行专家验证,测量内容效度和面效度。实施阶段和评价阶段产生了最终的产品,该产品被尝试以获得学生元认知技能的数据。本研究开发的产品是有效的、实用的。除了使用方便,该产品还可以作为重要的讲座材料。关键词:研究性学习,STEM方法,元认知技能;
