To evaluate the effectiveness of the retinal pigment epithelium and choroid autotranslocation performed for traumatic rupture of the choroid in the macular area. Material and methods. A 30-year-old patient with subretinal fibrosis due to traumatic rupture of the choroid in the macular area underwent subretinal surgery with retinal pigment epithelium and choroid autotranslocation. Visual acuity and morphological status were assessed according to optical coherence tomography and ophthalmoscopy. The observation period is 12 months. Results. No side effects and complications were detected during the entire observation period. Visual acuity increased from 0.05 initially to 0.15 by the end of the observation period. The RPE-choroid graft is located in the macular area without signs of exudation and fibrosis, the fovea is in the center of the retinal pigment epithelium – choroid graft, the pigment epithelium is viable. Conclusion. Subretinal surgery with retinal pigment epithelium and choroid autotranslocation is the method of choice in the treatment of post-traumatic rupture of the choroid in the macular area, that can lead to a significant improvement in visual functions. 摘要

目的。评价视网膜色素上皮和脉络膜自体移位治疗黄斑区外伤性脉络膜破裂的疗效。材料和方法。一例因黄斑区脉络膜外伤性破裂导致视网膜下纤维化的30岁患者接受了视网膜下色素上皮和脉络膜自身易位的手术。通过光学相干断层扫描和眼镜检查评估视力和形态学状况。观察期为12个月。结果。整个观察期内均未发现不良反应和并发症。视力由最初的0.05提高到观察期结束时的0.15。rpe -脉络膜移植物位于黄斑区,无渗出和纤维化征象,中央凹位于视网膜色素上皮-脉络膜移植物的中心,色素上皮存活。结论。视网膜下手术视网膜色素上皮和脉络膜自身易位是治疗黄斑区创伤后脉络膜破裂的首选方法,可显著改善视觉功能。关键词:视网膜下手术,玻璃体-视网膜手术,脉络膜破裂,硅油,自体移位。
